Who you are

You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management (IAM) and securing cloud environments, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. Your deep expertise in Azure Entra ID allows you to navigate complex identity challenges effectively. You possess a strong automation mindset, designing, scripting, and building repeatable workflows that enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the importance of IAM initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the enhancement of Roku's Zero-Trust architecture, ensuring that security measures are robust and effective across the organization. You will drive standardization initiatives that improve identity lifecycle management and access governance, working closely with various teams to implement best practices. Your expertise in Azure Entra ID will be crucial as you optimize the identity platform for a geographically distributed workforce, ensuring that all employees have secure and efficient access to necessary resources.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate IAM strategies and policies, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your role will involve designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline IAM processes, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing IAM performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
