Our Financial Operations team is currently seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst with at minimum 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and will manage receivables and payment-related queries for Amazon France vendors. 💼
Key Responsibilities: 📋
📊 Analyze and resolve complex receivable discrepancies, including commercial agreements and vendor returns, ensuring timely payments for Amazon France vendors
🔍 Perform detailed reconciliations of vendor statements against our ledger entries
📞 Handle AR-related inquiries professionally via phone and email, with emphasis on vendor satisfaction and relationship building
🤝 Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including French retail teams and finance processing departments, to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness
🎯 Manage key account relationships and coordinate long-term financial solutions
💻 Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot tables, VLookups, reconciliations)
🗣️ Conduct regular vendor calls and meetings to maintain strong business relationships
**Compensation & Benefits:** 💰

- 📈 Proven experience in data analysis and financial reconciliation
- 🤝 Strong track record of customer/client relationship management
- 💹 Demonstrated expertise in debit/credit analysis
- 🗣️ Fluent in English
- 🇫🇷 French language proficiency at minimum B2 level (MANDATORY)- 📚 Finance background or degree in finance/accounting
- 🤝 Previous experience in vendor management and relationship building
- 🏦 Experience with bank statement and credit statement reconciliation
- 💻 ORACLE system knowledge is a plus
- 🌍 Experience in multinational environment
