Dandy is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales in the dental industry. You'll focus on acquiring large group practices and DSOs, leveraging your sales expertise to build and execute strategies. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in complex, executive-level environments. Your experience includes working with large enterprises and understanding the nuances of multi-region operations. You excel in building relationships with stakeholders and have a knack for identifying opportunities within large organizations. You are comfortable navigating the intricacies of the dental industry and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve practices.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate value propositions effectively to diverse audiences. Your ability to qualify leads through discovery calls and your strategic approach to client acquisition set you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with inside sales teams and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus, as is familiarity with selling technology solutions. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies. A background in account management or business development will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
As the founding Large Enterprise Account Executive at Dandy, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy for large enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with large multi-region dental service organizations (DSOs) and group practices. You will conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand their needs, ultimately driving new client acquisition.
You will work closely with a dedicated pod that includes an Inside Account Executive, a Business Development Representative, and a post-sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding. Your focus will be on winning master agreements, pilots, and large rollouts, requiring you to navigate complex sales processes and engage with executive and regional management stakeholders.
In this role, you will be expected to build and execute a scalable sales strategy that aligns with Dandy's mission to modernize the dental industry. You will leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your efforts will directly impact Dandy's ability to expand its reach and empower dental practices with innovative technology solutions.
