Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Renewals & BDR Operations & Strategy Manager to support the APJC Renewal and BDR departments. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure timely renewals and develop strategies to enhance pipeline contributions. This role requires strong operational and strategic skills.
You have a strong background in business operations, ideally with experience in renewals and business development. Your ability to analyze data and develop strategies will be crucial in supporting the APJC Renewal and BDR departments. You are a collaborative individual who enjoys working closely with leadership to drive results and improve processes. You understand the importance of timely renewals and are committed to achieving incremental uplift in performance. In this role, you will support the APJC Head of Renewals to ensure that all renewals are processed on time and that there is a focus on achieving incremental uplift. You will collaborate with the APJC Head of Business Development to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing pipeline contributions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing renewal data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. You will also work on cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and support the overall business strategy. Your insights will help shape the direction of the Renewals and BDR departments, ensuring they meet their goals and contribute to Cloudflare's mission.
