What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives to address prospects' needs during the pre-sales process. You will develop strategies to assist customers and prospects effectively, ensuring that their requirements are met. Your role will involve collaborating with Solutions Architects, local sales leadership, post-sales technical consultants, and regional solutions partners to deliver exceptional service. You will navigate a busy and sometimes hectic environment while respecting the boundaries set by team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
