Appier is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Enterprise Solution team in Taipei. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementation of enterprise solutions. This role requires a background in SaaS and strong communication skills.
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in SaaS or enterprise solutions. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You are technically savvy, able to understand and discuss the integration of software solutions in a client’s environment. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and can generate solutions from both business and technical perspectives. You are a team player, willing to collaborate with sales, product, and tech teams to achieve mutual objectives. You have a knack for time management and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet client demands.
A background in MarTech or digital consulting is a plus. Familiarity with conversational commerce, digital marketing, and CRM systems will enhance your ability to support clients. Knowledge of web/app technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be beneficial in understanding the technical aspects of the solutions you implement.
In this role, you will serve as a consultant to help clients expand their usage and adoption of Appier's enterprise solution products. You will manage relationships for all assigned clients, acting as a trusted partner throughout the contract lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include providing first-line support to answer client questions and identifying needs for customized projects. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and tech teams to ensure that client satisfaction is achieved and maintained. You will communicate with clients regularly, escalating important issues to ensure contract renewals and satisfaction. Additionally, you will identify and drive upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Appier's offerings.
