You have a strong background in product design with at least 5 years of experience, focusing on user acquisition and engagement. Your design process is grounded in user research and data-driven decision-making, allowing you to create intuitive and impactful user experiences. You are proficient in Figma and have a solid understanding of design principles that drive commercial outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to bring your designs to life. You are curious and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve your craft and the experiences you create. You understand the importance of experimentation in design and are comfortable iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
