What you'll do

As the Fleet Lead at Odeko, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and ready for use. You will coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and monitor vendor performance to ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve implementing telematics systems to track vehicle performance and optimize routes, contributing to our mission of reducing CO2 emissions through consolidated deliveries. You will work closely with the distribution center team to ensure that our fleet supports one of the highest-revenue operations in the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet operations. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
