What you'll do

As a Mechatronics Apprentice at HelloFresh, you will embark on a comprehensive 3.5-year training program that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience — you will learn the intricacies of maintaining automated conveyor systems and other mechanical components. Under the guidance of experienced maintenance teams, you will assist in daily proactive measures, repair defects, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience in various areas, including maintenance, repair activities, and predictive maintenance methods — you will work with mechanical components, sensors, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. You will also learn to program, install, and test programmable logic controllers and frequency converters, developing a well-rounded skill set in mechatronics.

You will be responsible for creating error reports, diagnosing issues, and deriving proactive measures to enhance system reliability — your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
