YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Data & Process Automation Intern to join our Business Transformation team, supporting key initiatives across Catalog, Content, and Operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, automating workflows, and managing projects that improve how our Q-Commerce teams operate. You’ll help optimize processes, visualize performance metrics, and drive efficiency across day-to-day operations.

THE JOURNEY

  • Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key KPIs across Content, Catalog, and Ops (e.g. SLAs, agent productivity, #onboardings, AHT, operational performance).
  • Support data collection, cleaning, and reporting from various sources (Salesforce, Sheets, PIM, etc.).
  • Build and manage automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make (Integromat) to reduce manual work and connect internal systems.
  • Act as a junior project manager for selected Business Transformation initiatives — define timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Document workflows, track metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Collaborate with local and HQ teams to identify data gaps and process inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Strong interest in data, automation, and project management.
  • Experience (academic or self-taught) with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem solver, comfortable working with international and cross-functional teams.
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
