As a Client Service Healthcare Associate, you will play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success by connecting clients with the experts they need. You will work closely with Project Managers to develop strategies that satisfy each client project request. Your responsibilities will include utilizing LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to identify the best experts for our clients. You will take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours. This role will provide you with exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines, allowing you to develop your project management and customer service skills.

The base salary for this position is $70,000, and you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
