Who you are

You have extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally with a focus on enablement and transformation. You understand the complexities of production processes and supplier development strategies, and you have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths, enabling you to align diverse teams towards common goals. You are data-driven and have experience establishing OKRs and performance metrics frameworks that drive accountability and transparency across the organization. You are adept at identifying pain points within supply chain processes and have a strategic mindset to define target state systems and process architectures that enhance operational efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in the autonomous driving or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced supply chain technologies and methodologies. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and have a collaborative approach to problem-solving that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and lead the Supply Chain Enablement Roadmap, ensuring that all supply chain processes are aligned with Waymo's strategic objectives. You will establish and maintain a comprehensive OKR and performance metrics framework that provides clarity and accountability across functions. Your role will involve identifying pain points in current processes and defining the target state systems and process architecture to address these challenges. You will work closely with engineering teams and external suppliers to ensure that all production processes meet the rising demands of the business. Additionally, you will facilitate communication and alignment across various stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged in the supply chain transformation efforts.
