Pushpay is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead a world-class product marketing team focused on storytelling and product positioning. You'll work in a hybrid role based in Colorado Springs or Redmond, with responsibilities spanning product lifecycle management and team development.

You have over 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Your strategic vision is complemented by hands-on execution, allowing you to balance innovation with practical implementation. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with customers. Your ability to prioritize ruthlessly ensures that you focus on what truly matters for the business and your team.

You embrace technology and innovation, including AI-powered workflows, to enhance marketing effectiveness and accelerate time-to-market. Your leadership style is that of an inspirational player-coach, dedicated to developing both your team and the marketing campaigns you oversee. You understand the importance of clear communication and creative production, ensuring that product messaging is impactful across all channels.

Desirable

Experience in the nonprofit sector or with church-related products is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. A background in digital marketing and analytics will further enhance your ability to drive data-informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Marketing at Pushpay, you will own the product lifecycle from roadmap influence through launch to adoption. This includes developing differentiated product narratives that resonate with our church, parish, and nonprofit customers. You will lead a team of product marketers and creative professionals, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and insights needed to succeed in their roles. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the creative production team, ensuring that product messaging is communicated clearly and compellingly across all touchpoints.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product positioning with market needs and customer expectations. Your role will involve conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing enablement tools that empower sales and customer success teams to effectively communicate product value to customers.

In addition to your strategic responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will encourage your team to push the envelope on what world-class product marketing looks like, leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
