You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills — you can convey technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to listen and understand customer needs enables you to tailor solutions that meet their specific challenges.

You thrive in a collaborative environment — working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into the product roadmap. You are comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage your pipeline and track customer interactions.

What you'll do
