Gemini is seeking a Senior IAM Security Engineer to build identity and access management services that secure their infrastructure. You'll work with IAM, authentication systems, and identity infrastructure in New York or San Francisco.
You have 5+ years of experience in security engineering, specifically focusing on identity and access management. Your expertise includes building IAM services and authentication systems that protect both workforce and workloads. You are comfortable writing production code daily, not just configuration, and have a strong understanding of zero-trust principles. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering teams to ensure secure cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
Experience with cloud security frameworks and tools is a plus. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to identity management will help you excel in this role. You are also encouraged to bring innovative ideas to enhance security practices within the organization.
As a Senior IAM Security Engineer, you will contribute to building and maintaining IAM services that are foundational to Gemini's security posture.
