Tekion is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Applications to lead the strategy and execution across Salesforce, NetSuite, and subscription billing systems. This role requires expertise in operationalizing revenue processes and managing cross-functional teams.
You have a strong background in managing business applications, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of SaaS operations and have a proven track record of optimizing systems for revenue generation. Your expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite allows you to architect solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are comfortable leading teams and collaborating with various departments, ensuring seamless integration of business processes. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex challenges with ease. You are a strategic thinker who can align technology with business goals, driving growth and innovation. In this role, you will own and scale the systems that power Tekion's SaaS Lead-to-Revenue engine. You will lead the strategy and execution across Salesforce, NetSuite, and the subscription billing stack, ensuring that operations across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success, and GTM functions are seamless. You will be responsible for operationalizing ARR, subscriptions, renewals, usage billing, and revenue recognition at scale. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to architect solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. Your leadership will be crucial in driving execution and ensuring that all systems are aligned with Tekion's strategic objectives. You will also be involved in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices across the organization.
