You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building production systems that scale effectively. You’ve owned services from design through deployment and have a wealth of experience in debugging complex distributed systems issues. Your expertise in Java and Spring is deep — you've shipped high-throughput APIs that handle millions of requests, and you have strong opinions on service architecture, dependency injection, and testing strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into real products. Desirable
