Netomi is seeking an Agentic Product Manager to design and deploy large-scale AI solutions for enterprise customers. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure successful deployments. This role requires strong strategic and technical skills.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI or automation technologies. You understand the complexities of designing and deploying large-scale solutions and can translate business needs into actionable workflows. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with customers, engineers, and product teams to drive successful outcomes. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can guide customers through their transformation to autonomous AI agents.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your strategic mindset enables you to define integration blueprints and ensure that every deployment meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences and drive business success.
Experience with no-code platforms or agentic AI solutions would be a plus, as would familiarity with customer experience management. A background in working with enterprise clients and understanding their unique challenges will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation in product offerings.
As an Agentic Product Manager at Netomi, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle from conception to deployment. You will be responsible for designing and architecting AI-driven workflows that enhance customer experiences for enterprise clients. Your role will involve defining integration strategies and collaborating with various teams, including Customer Success Managers, Integration Engineers, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless deployments.
You will lead discussions with customers to understand their needs and translate those into technical requirements. Your ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively will be crucial in driving projects forward. You will also monitor the performance of deployed solutions and gather feedback to inform future iterations and enhancements.
In addition to managing product development, you will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends. You will conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
