What you'll do

As the Customer Advocacy Manager at Agiloft, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the customer advocacy program. You will identify success stories within our customer base and create compelling narratives to share with the market. Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams, you will ensure that customer voices are heard and represented in our communications. You will also work on initiatives to gather customer feedback and insights, using this information to enhance our offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
