Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable Operations to lead critical functions within their Order to Cash organization. You'll ensure accurate billing and exceptional customer support while managing cash application processes. This role requires strong operational leadership skills.
You are a highly experienced operational leader with a focus on accounts receivable processes, bringing at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing billing and cash application functions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that billing inquiries are resolved efficiently and accurately. Your leadership style is people-focused, and you excel at fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. You have a strong understanding of compliance and best practices in financial operations, which allows you to implement effective processes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Experience with Zendesk for managing customer support inquiries is a plus, as it will enable you to streamline communication and resolution processes. Familiarity with financial software and tools that support accounts receivable operations will also be beneficial in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can improve operational workflows.
In this role, you will lead the Accounts Receivable Operations team, overseeing the cash application process to ensure timely and accurate posting of payments. You will manage the L2 Billing Support function, utilizing Zendesk to handle ticket intake and resolution, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve billing accuracy and efficiency, as well as providing exceptional support for billing inquiries. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the Order to Cash organization.
