Overview

Braze is seeking an Account Executive for their Emerging Enterprise team to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role requires 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales to enterprise clients.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly with enterprise clients, and a proven track record of generating new business. Your strong prospecting and business development skills have enabled you to successfully manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You are driven to solve challenges and have a bias toward action in the face of change. You thrive in environments that require autonomy and accountability, and you are open to new perspectives that contribute to team success.

You understand the importance of setting high standards for yourself and those around you. Your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams is essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to achieve sales goals. You are genuinely curious and eager to learn, which helps you adapt to the rapid growth and changes within the organization. You believe in creating work-life harmony and are passionate about contributing to a positive company culture.

Desirable

While not required, experience in managing a portfolio of both prospective and existing customers within the enterprise segment would be beneficial. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive on the Emerging Enterprise team at Braze, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. You will engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Braze's solutions can meet those needs effectively. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring that you are positioned as a trusted advisor.
