SpyCloud is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with the Federal sales team and present tailored cybersecurity solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in Identity and Access Management, incident response, and SaaS to articulate complex technical solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of security domains.

Who you are

You are an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in areas such as Identity and Access Management, incident response, SaaS, and OSINT. You excel at articulating complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand the value of SpyCloud's offerings. Your self-motivation and ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment allow you to manage multiple demands effectively while collaborating with a smart team to deliver the best solutions to customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Federal sales team to present SpyCloud's innovative solutions to customers, tailoring your approach to meet unique use cases and environments. You will leverage SpyCloud's extensive data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this knowledge to specific customer situations. Your technical expertise will drive channel partnerships through solution architect and subject matter expert engagement, where you will conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and requirements analysis. You will also manage evaluation processes, ensuring that potential customers fully understand the capabilities and benefits of SpyCloud's solutions.
