You have a strong background in educational content development, ideally with experience in creating materials for enterprise audiences. You understand the unique needs of various industries, such as finance and life sciences, and can adapt content accordingly. You are skilled in collaborating with subject matter experts and product teams to identify learning gaps and create effective educational resources. Your ability to manage the content development lifecycle from scoping to iteration is essential. You are comfortable using AI tools like Claude to enhance content creation and streamline processes. You are detail-oriented and can maintain a comprehensive library of educational materials that meet the needs of diverse enterprise users.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a library of enterprise-focused educational content, including written tutorials and video storyboards. You will partner with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is relevant and addresses specific industry needs. You will manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and iterating based on feedback. Your work will involve creating new written content tailored to the unique workflows of various verticals. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate content development, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of your output. You will also play a key role in identifying emerging verticals and adapting content to meet their specific requirements.
