What you'll do

In this role, you will be tasked with driving innovation while reducing operational costs in the facilities. You will assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events, ensuring that all operations align with AWS's stringent standards. Your responsibilities will include performing rack installs and decommissioning, as well as conducting operational readings and facility management tasks. You will provide key performance indicators to senior engineers, contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Additionally, you will manage on-site contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed meets established practices and local legislation. Your role will be critical in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of AWS infrastructure, allowing customers to access the cloud services they depend on.
