You will manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams to understand the nuances of the services provided and ensure that coding reflects the care delivered. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts, where you will identify areas for enhancement in coding processes and contribute to the development of best practices. You will participate in training and mentoring junior coders, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. You will also engage in regular audits of coding practices to ensure compliance and accuracy, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
