Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment where you have successfully driven revenue growth. You are highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs. You are comfortable using CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to manage your accounts and track your progress. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a team to achieve common goals. You are results-oriented and have a strong desire to meet and exceed your sales targets. You are adaptable and open to testing new sales processes and strategies to improve performance.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Thumbtack, you will be responsible for driving revenue by creating and managing your sales pipeline. You will actively seek out new professionals to join the Thumbtack platform, ensuring they have a seamless onboarding experience. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts in Salesforce, tracking your progress towards achieving your monthly quota. You will engage in sales conversations to surface learnings that can improve our sales processes and enhance the quality of professionals on the platform. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies that can help drive overall company growth. Your role will involve testing new data sources and sales techniques to optimize your approach and maximize results.
