Everbridge is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support large-scale clients in deploying and utilizing their SaaS-based solutions. This role requires strong project management and technical consultancy skills, with a focus on customer advocacy.
You are an accomplished Technical Account Manager with a strong background in providing support for large-scale clients. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess outstanding communication and customer management skills. Your experience allows you to offer project management support, technical consultancy, and system design assistance effectively. You are motivated and energetic, ready to optimize the value delivered to customers. You understand the importance of collaboration and can work closely with clients, Account Managers, Operations, and Product Development teams to ensure success.
Experience in SaaS-based solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with critical communications and enterprise safety solutions. You are comfortable in a hybrid work model, allowing you to choose between home and office-based arrangements or working remotely.
As a Technical Account Manager at Everbridge, you will play a pivotal role in representing the company within clients' business continuity teams.
