What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Senior Manager and the global Property Finance team by providing essential analytical and operational support. You will be involved in the development of global property financial models and forecasts, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic goals. Your contributions will be crucial in standardizing financial processes and assisting in the transformation of the property cost category. You will play a pivotal role in influencing investment decisions and performance monitoring, working closely with various teams to ensure that financial objectives are met.

You will also be responsible for tracking capital expenditures and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business strategy. Your analytical insights will help guide investment decisions, and you will be expected to present your findings to senior management.
