Seccl is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their Asset Servicing team. You'll work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of dividends and corporate actions. This role requires at least a year of experience in Financial Services.
You have at least a year of experience in Financial Services, ideally within a platform or wrap environment. Your hands-on exposure to dividend or corporate action processing sets you apart. You understand how dividends for equities, mutual funds, and bonds are calculated, reconciled, and paid. Familiarity with the lifecycle of corporate actions on an investment platform is a strong plus. You are detail-oriented and capable of spotting and resolving discrepancies quickly. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to ensuring clients are paid accurately and on time. As an Operations Analyst at Seccl, you will join the Asset Servicing team and report to the Operations Delivery Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of dividends and corporate actions. You will work closely with other operational teams to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction. You will be involved in the reconciliation of dividend payments and corporate actions, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency. You will be trusted to act with integrity and professionalism, reflecting the values of Seccl in all your interactions.
