In this role, you will initiate and lead the Renewals Team function in the Americas region. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing a team of engaged professionals who are dedicated to customer success. You will work closely with stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure a seamless renewal process.
