With over 7 years of hands-on experience in backend or server-side development, you have a strong proficiency in designing and building complex systems from scratch. Your deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and reliability sets you apart as a technical leader. You have at least 2 years of experience managing teams, demonstrating your ability to mentor, guide, and inspire engineers to reach their full potential while fostering collaboration and innovation. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, bringing out the best in yourself and others as part of a talented team. Your background in algorithm development and machine learning models is a bonus, along with your familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools. A B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience complements your technical expertise.
