Rubrik is seeking a Senior Renewal Sales Specialist to manage renewals for existing accounts across the US and EMEA regions. You'll leverage your experience in sales and customer success to ensure timely renewals and drive incremental revenue. This role is based in Bangalore.
You have a proven track record in sales and customer success, ideally with experience managing renewals in a SaaS environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Your analytical mindset allows you to review and validate renewal quotes accurately, ensuring that all details are correct well in advance of contract renewal dates. You are proactive in identifying potential renewal risks and work collaboratively with teams to mitigate these risks before they impact customer relationships.
Experience in cloud data management or data security is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems for managing renewal pipelines. You understand the nuances of negotiation and are skilled at driving incremental revenue through effective upselling strategies. Your ability to maintain healthy pipeline hygiene and forecast accurately is critical to your success in this role. You are comfortable working night shifts and are committed to meeting quarterly renewal quotas and ACV plans.
In this role, you will own and manage a renewal book of business for existing accounts, focusing on the US and EMEA regions. You will be responsible for ensuring successful and on-time renewals, which involves negotiating terms and driving incremental standard uplift on renewals. You will conduct product usage and account reviews for your customers, coordinating with the Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to address any potential renewal risks. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, validating, and providing accurate renewal quotes to distributors 120 days in advance of contract renewal dates. You will proactively manage your individual forecast, updating renewal sentiment and opportunity stage progression in the CRM. Maintaining healthy pipeline hygiene and ensuring monthly linearity will be key aspects of your role.
