Okta is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join their Business Solutions Team, focusing on Workday HCM. You'll provide expertise in Talent Management and drive transformation through automation. This role requires experience with Workday and strong problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in Workday HCM, with expertise in Talent Management, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. Your experience allows you to provide subject matter expertise and configure Workday Talent modules effectively. You are passionate about problem-solving and driving transformation through automation, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can interact with various departments and geographies.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with leaders in People Technology and across departments such as IT and Finance. Your ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with partners in international offices is key to your success in this role. You are a lifelong learner, eager to grow and contribute to the team's success with your unique experiences.
Experience with configuring and maintaining Workday Talent modules, including Development Plans and Succession plans, is highly desirable. Familiarity with building the Talent and Performance module and its related business processes will set you apart. You are comfortable with reporting and dashboarding, ensuring that the end-user experience is exceptional.
As a Senior Product Analyst at Okta, you will be a key member of the Workday project team, focusing on delivering an exceptional end-user experience. You will configure and maintain Workday Talent modules, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization. Your role will involve building the Talent and Performance module, including Calibration, Reviews, Goals processes, and Feedback.
You will collaborate with various departments, including People, IT, and Finance, to ensure that the Workday implementation aligns with organizational goals. Your expertise will help drive transformation through automation, enhancing the overall efficiency of the People Technology function. You will also be responsible for providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis of Workday capabilities and their downstream effects.
Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial as you work to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions. You will participate in cross-functional meetings, sharing your insights and collaborating with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
