HealthVerity is seeking a Senior Account Director for their AI Platform to lead sales efforts in the biopharma and healthcare sectors. You'll leverage AI and real-world data to drive strategic decisions for clients. This role requires a proactive sales approach and expertise in healthcare data solutions.
You are a proactive, consultative seller with a strong background in the intersection of syndicated data, AI, and healthcare. With experience in sales, you thrive in environments where you can influence strategic decisions through innovative solutions. You understand the complexities of biopharma and healthcare organizations and are adept at navigating their unique challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HEOR researchers and clinical development professionals, sets you apart. You are comfortable with the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and you have a track record of success in similar roles.
Experience in selling AI-powered insights or healthcare data solutions is a plus. Familiarity with the biopharma industry and its operational dynamics will enhance your ability to connect with potential clients. A network within the healthcare sector can also be beneficial as you build relationships with emerging biopharma companies.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales process for HealthVerity’s syndicated data and AI solution. You will actively prospect into multiple verticals, including commercial, medical affairs, clinical development, and market access. Your goal is to guide customers in understanding how our platform can inform their decisions and improve their business outcomes. You will lead discussions with small to mid-sized biopharma and emerging healthcare customers, demonstrating the value of our AI-powered insights and real-world data.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the solutions you sell align with customer needs and expectations. This involves understanding the technical aspects of our offerings and being able to articulate them clearly to clients. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring that you are seen as a trusted advisor.
As part of a newly formed business unit, you will contribute to shaping the sales strategy and positioning of our differentiated offerings in the market. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to refine your sales approach and identify new opportunities.
