Samsara is seeking a Sales Tools & Strategy Manager to enhance the sales technology ecosystem and optimize tools for their global go-to-market strategy. This role requires collaboration with various departments to drive seller adoption and best practices.
You have a strong background in sales operations and strategy, with experience in managing sales tools and technologies. You understand the importance of optimizing sales processes and have a proven track record of implementing effective solutions that enhance seller productivity. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Systems, Product, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Enablement. You are data-driven and can analyze sales metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with IoT or related industries. You have a knack for identifying best practices and can effectively communicate these to sales teams to ensure adoption and success. Your strategic mindset allows you to foresee challenges and proactively address them, ensuring that the sales organization is equipped with the right tools and strategies to succeed.
In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling the sales technology ecosystem at Samsara. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the tools that power the company's global go-to-market motion.
