Uber is seeking a Strategy and Planning Associate to support strategic planning and forecasting for their Global Embedded Insurance portfolio. You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive growth projections and performance reporting. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and experience in strategic analysis.
You have a strong analytical background and are comfortable working with numbers — your experience allows you to identify and perform strategic analyses that support problem-solving across various teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with global teams to achieve shared goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple planning cycles while ensuring alignment with financial objectives. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are skilled at using insights to inform product prioritization and growth strategies.
In this role, you will support strategic planning by contributing to comprehensive growth plans that inform product prioritization cycles. You will drive monthly growth projection cycles in partnership with Global Finance, forecasting embedded product growth and tracking key metrics. Your responsibilities will include validating financial assumptions and ensuring alignment with regional financial plans. You will create a scalable monthly performance reporting cadence, highlighting emerging plan gaps and risks to meeting targets. Collaborating with the Optional Insurance Lead and cross-functional partners, you will define OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics that guide the team's efforts. Your role will require you to assess growth and performance insights, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed.
