Astranis is hiring a Power Electronics Test Engineer to develop and implement tests for custom electronics on spacecraft. You'll work with Python and embedded systems to ensure the reliability of power designs. This role requires experience in hardware testing and design.
You have a strong background in power electronics testing and validation, with experience in developing automated hardware and software solutions. Your expertise in writing software in Python allows you to control bench equipment and devices under test effectively. You are familiar with designing PCBA's to interface with flight hardware, ensuring that all components meet stringent requirements for performance and reliability.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with design teams to provide valuable feedback throughout the qualification process. Your understanding of embedded systems and hardware testing methodologies enables you to contribute significantly to the success of complex projects.
