Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in Tolleson, AZ. You'll be responsible for repairing dents on vehicle panels using specialized techniques. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, ensuring clear communication within the team and with customers.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair would be a plus, as would experience with high-tech tools and equipment commonly used in modern automotive inspection centers. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship will set you apart in this role.
As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using specialized techniques that preserve the integrity of the vehicle's panels. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our customers.
