You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the advertising or media industry, where you've successfully partnered with clients to achieve their goals. Your strong communication skills allow you to build relationships with clients and sales partners, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Experience in digital advertising or media planning is a plus, as is familiarity with campaign management tools and analytics platforms. A background in sales or marketing can also enhance your ability to contribute to RFP responses and media plan generation.
