Your networking skills are exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships with local banks and payment processors. What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the operational engine and strategic sensor for Vana in República Dominicana. You will serve as a critical bridge between the field and headquarters, ensuring that our product not only functions effectively but also adapts and scales sustainably within the local financial ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing operational issues and implementing solutions that align with our regional strategy. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of the local market. Your role will involve negotiating with local banks and payment processors to establish strong partnerships that enhance our operational capabilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, working closely with the Superintendencia de Bancos and other regulatory bodies. Your strategic thinking will guide the adaptation of our products to better serve the local user base, while your analytical skills will help you make informed decisions based on market data. You will lead initiatives that drive user engagement and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall growth and success of Vana in the region.
