THE JOURNEY

• Issue Invoices to partners & couriers
• Assist in collecting outstanding debts from partners; prepare and check partner balances
• AR/AP reconciliation
• Prepare and upload payments for suppliers and partners
• Review, process, and control accounting documentation for completeness and correctness.
• Receive and process supplier invoices
• Communicate daily with partners and suppliers
• Partner with the Commercial team as their go-to person for finance insights and operational support.
• Identify and drive process improvements to simplify, automate, or enhance workflows.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc AR/AP and billing reports.
• Communicate with HQ, regional, and local stakeholders, supporting implementation of new processes and initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation activities.
• Cover other accounting and analytical procedures as needed.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 1 years of experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury ideally in a multinational environment.
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Possessing basic knowledge on taxes (VAT and CIT) and statutory regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Wand or Navision; but others, as Pantheon, SAP, Oracle also relevant)
• Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valued
• Analytical profile, data-driven, goal-oriented and teamwork
• Advanced English
