Overview

Qualtrics is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to bridge sales and marketing by designing and launching campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue. This role requires collaboration with field sales and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs.

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in field marketing or demand generation. You understand how to create and execute marketing strategies that align with sales objectives, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner closely with sales teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey marketing strategies effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders. You are passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and understand the importance of aligning marketing efforts with customer needs.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or with SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems will help you excel in this role. A creative mindset that allows you to think outside the box when designing campaigns will be beneficial. What you'll do

As a Field Marketing Manager at Qualtrics, you will be responsible for designing and launching hands-on marketing campaigns that directly generate pipeline and revenue.
