Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Program Manager for YouTube Go-To-Market to drive strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. You'll leverage skills in SQL and data analytics to optimize service models and partner growth. This role requires 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, category management, growth strategy, or analytics. If you hold an advanced degree, 2 years of experience in these areas will suffice. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role, and you are comfortable working with executive stakeholders. Your experience includes creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting, ideally within an advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital media environment. You are familiar with the creator ecosystem, particularly platforms like YouTube, and possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling you to partner effectively across organizations to achieve shared objectives.
Experience launching and managing a CRM instance or a similar Partner/Sales management system from a business-side perspective is a plus. You have a knack for using SQL or data analytics tools to deliver insights and recommendations that drive strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering service models for our Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams. Your focus will be on driving sustainable partner growth and enhancing customer lifetime value. You will collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across various partner and consumer segments. Your core responsibilities will include innovating and gaining alignment on our partner and consumer service models, determining who we serve, what services are provided to achieve growth, and how these services are delivered effectively.
You will partner with Analytics to define key system adoption and efficiency metrics, conducting in-depth performance analysis of programs and system deployments. Your insights will be crucial in driving strategic decision-making across the organization. Additionally, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication among various teams to ensure alignment on strategic system priorities and facilitate successful program execution.
