Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the healthcare or benefits sector, with at least 5 years of experience driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. Your ability to cultivate relationships with brokers and employer groups is exceptional, and you understand the nuances of the health benefits market. You thrive in a consultative sales environment, where building trust and delivering value to clients is paramount. You are results-oriented and have a history of exceeding sales quotas while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex product offerings clearly and persuasively. You are comfortable collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation, and you are adept at managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual new business sales goals for Gravie's Level-Funded and ICHRA products. You will develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers, consultants, and mid-market employers, ensuring that Gravie's unique value propositions are effectively communicated. You will build strong, consultative relationships with key broker partners to drive consistent quote and close activity. Managing the full sales cycle will be a key part of your responsibilities, including pipeline management, proposal development, and negotiation. You will maintain a deep understanding of Gravie's products, market positioning, and competitors to articulate value propositions clearly. Partnering with internal teams such as Underwriting, Marketing, and Account Management will be essential to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation. You will also be expected to challenge the status quo and contribute to a high-performance culture that values innovation and collaboration.
