Five9 is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Agentic QM team to lead AI-driven quality management solutions. You'll shape strategy and execution while leveraging your expertise in AI/ML product management. This role requires a proven track record in agentic AI architectures.
You are a visionary product leader with a strong background in AI and machine learning, bringing a proven track record in product management. With your deep technical expertise, you are comfortable navigating complex problems and driving innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and quality management. You have experience in leading teams and influencing stakeholders, ensuring that your product vision aligns with organizational goals. Your passion for solving complex problems through autonomous intelligent systems sets you apart, and you thrive in environments that celebrate diversity and inclusion.
You have a strong understanding of agentic AI architectures and how they can transform customer interactions in contact centers. Your strategic thinking allows you to shape the future of quality management, and you are adept at building products that fundamentally change how organizations approach quality assurance. You are equally comfortable working with technical teams and engaging with business stakeholders, ensuring that all perspectives are considered in the product development process.
