As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing you to balance your time effectively. You will participate in three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet your sales targets. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with year one total on-target earnings around $85,000 and potential for even higher earnings in subsequent years. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as recognition and incentives for your achievements.
