Site Reliability Engineer III

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on maximizing system uptime and reliability. Your operational experience is complemented by development skills, allowing you to build the tools and automation necessary to scale services effectively. You possess deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and are comfortable working with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Your proficiency in Linux systems is strong, enabling you to troubleshoot and optimize performance across various environments. You are skilled in programming, particularly with Python, which you use to automate tasks and improve system efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, customer support, and security teams to ensure the best outcomes for customers.

Desirable

Experience with monitoring and alerting tools is a plus, as is familiarity with CI/CD practices. You understand the importance of incident management and have a track record of implementing best practices in this area.
