HelloFresh is seeking a Junior People Operations Specialist to support HR-related tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll focus on time management, payroll preparation, and data management. This role requires operational HR experience and offers a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You have experience in operational HR work, ideally in a production environment, and are comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time management and payroll preparation. You are proactive in identifying process improvements and enjoy collaborating with various teams to enhance employee experience. You are also skilled in maintaining data quality and generating reports using HR systems like Workday.
As a Junior People Operations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding time and attendance records, as well as payroll-related inquiries. You will prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, certificates, warnings, and terminations. Your role will involve dealing with day-to-day queries from colleagues and liaising with support functions as required. You will maintain employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and generating reports and HR metrics. Additionally, you will coordinate and support the implementation of programs related to compensation, performance, and talent development, while also leading or participating in ad hoc projects as needed.
This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start.
