What you'll do

As a Provider Network Associate at Oscar, you will support the overall accessibility, availability, and quality of the Provider Network. Your responsibilities will include executing specific network development functions, collaborating with internal partners, and engaging with existing and future external provider partners. You will play a key role in provider recruitment, engagement, and education within the Network Management pillar of Oscar's Insurance Operation function. You will report to the Senior Manager of Network Development and will be expected to leverage demographic data to inform your strategies. Your work will involve a blend of remote tasks and frequent travel for client meetings, with a travel requirement of up to 75%.
