LogicGate is seeking a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager to develop and nurture relationships with North America Reseller Partners. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partnership goals and objectives. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in the GRC sector.
You have a proven track record in managing strategic alliances and partnerships, particularly within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) sector. With over 5 years of experience, you excel at building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and technical teams. Your ability to conduct effective sales training presentations ensures that partner sales teams can articulate the value proposition of your organization. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to define and achieve partnership goals.
Experience in the GRC market is a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this rapidly expanding field. Familiarity with sales processes and account mapping activities will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can influence decision-making at various levels.
In this role, you will own the partner relationships with LogicGate’s North America Reseller Partners, ensuring that these partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and drive sales growth through effective collaboration. Regularly conducting sales training presentations will be a key responsibility, as you ensure that partner sales teams are well-equipped to qualify sales opportunities and articulate LogicGate’s value proposition.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partnership goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with LogicGate’s overall business strategy. Your role will involve overseeing relationship-building activities and account mapping initiatives, facilitating communication between LogicGate's sales organization and its partners. You will also work closely with the Channel Marketing team to drive marketing initiatives that support partner sales efforts and enhance brand visibility in the market.
